INTRODUCTION
DIAL E-VAHAN (EV) is a website/app operated by Dial E-Vahan Pvt. Ltd. and this SHIPPING POLICY contains the details of the methods involved in delivery, the periods and the charges that are applied to the orders for the products made through our app/website.
The policy does not create the legally enforceable rights and the obligations infact it merely indicates the usual practices involved in the relation to the delivery of the products.
Note:
- DIAL E-VAHAN (EV) charges ₹10/KM
- Shipping is free if delivery distance less than 30KM.
- You see the estimated delivery date after placing the order.
- We deliver orders placed with Standard Delivery in two or more days after they ship
- COD is strictly not available. Payment has to be made at the time of generating the order.
- If in case, the radius seems to be exceeded and the charges are not applied in the invoice, the customer will be requested and contacted to pay the rest of the amount through the UPI mode before proceeding the order itself.
- Any order placed after 04:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. This might change a bit depending on the circumstances based on the location or any local issue (particularly due to COVID).
- DIAL E-VAHAN (EV) provides the easy tracking of the Status. Once the order has been placed, customer is regularly being notified through the status till the order gets delivered.
- Tracking of delivery is available in the concern of all the products which are ordered.
- We display shipping speeds and charges based on the items in your cart and the delivery address.
